Everyone at our Ruby Wedding throroughly enjoyed the Casino. What a wonderful time everyone had learning how to use the tables. Everything was as we had expected it to be. The Croupiers were very professional and everything was set up and ready to go when you said it would be. A very worry free event that everyone enjoyed very much. The only criticism we have is that it was so popular that Rob and I could not get near the tables and hope we have the opportunity to do so at some time in the future.

The feedback I got from the people who attended the summer ball was all positive. I canvassed them all and asked what was the best part of the night, and apart from the cheap drink, the majority of them said the gaming tables. We can't thank you enough Catherine! Amazing customer service!! We were let down by our original booking, Ace Casino Hire - Jo Monk at the last minute i.e. 6.30 pm on the night of the event which started at 7.30 pm. We had received a confirmation email from Jo Monk 3 days prior to the event confirming booking so we had faith in him.  When he did not turn up on the night we rang several companies.  Luckily Catherine's company Lost Vegas was one of them.  She bent over backwards to accommodate us even though she had another booking that evening. She promised to turn up and kept in phone contact throughout the evening until she arrived with her team. Thanks to her the evening was saved and everyone had a great time.  We would definitely reccommend her and use her for ourselves in the future!
