A fun casino is an authentic representation of a real casino set up at your chosen venue.

We deliver and set up the casino tables at your venue 1 or 2 hours prior to your guests arriving or at a convenient time. The professional croupiers arrive and hand out "fun money". The fun casino opens, our croupiers will explain the rules and how to play, your guests try their luck at the tables and experience the thrill of gambling. At the end of play, our staff will count everyones remaining chips to declare the winner! Extra excitment can be added by awarding a prize.

We bring everything you need for your casino party, delivery and set up of the tables and equipment including chips, fun money, dealers all dressed in tuxedo and evening wear.  All you need to provide is the guests and the venue!

No license is required because a fun casino is classified as entertainment, there is no financial gain. The event is covered by the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976.

No; real money cannot be used at the tables only fun money.  Except in the case of charity or fundraising purposes, when cash may be used to buy the fun money away from the tables.

2-3 hours is a good amount of time for the casino entertainment. We can be booked for longer on request.

All the more reason to have a casino night! Its more fun learning to gamble when you're not using your own money!  Our friendly, professional croupiers will teach guests the rules and game strategies as well as providing tips for the more experienced players.

Our tables are professional top quality casino tables, full size, free standing on mahogany legs (not cheap metal fold out legs like some suppliers)  with top quality casino baize (not felt). We use full casino size roulette wheels 3ft across (80 cms). Even our chips are casino grade.  We are accustomed to working with the best equipment which enhances the casino experience for the guests as well as the croupiers! We also bring lighting if necessary for the tables.

Yes! Our tables have been specially designed to ensure access to all types of venues.

We arrive at least an hour before the event.  It takes around 15 - 20 minutes to set up each table.

Yes! We only use professionally trained ex-casino staff with a working knowledge of the games. As Lost Vegas is run by two former croupiers with over 40 years combined experience, we have worked professionally with all of our casino staff. Our croupiers have worked in top class casinos worldwide so are experts at making sure your guests feel comfortable and enjoy the event. Our years of experience working in a real casino environment enable our staff to make a Fun Casino event realistic, entertaining and memorable for everyone.

All our Dealers are extremely courteous and welcome players to their tables, encouraging them to participate in the games and assisting them with any questions they may have on how to play.

Male croupiers wear tuxedos with black bow tie.  Females wear black evening wear.   If you have a preference we can accommodate most requests.

Yes! Why not! Its fun entertainment, any guests wanting to try their hand at dealing will be supported by our croupiers, as long as they are having fun!

We advise that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.  If you do have a last minute party we may be able to help if we have kit available.  

The number of tables depends on the number of guests, your budget and whether there are other events going on at the same time. If you have a disco we would say divide the number of guests by two. This will likely be the number you wish to entertain at the gaming tables at any one time. 10 - 15 players can play around a table at a time.

Therefore if you were entertaining 120 guests with a disco or band in addition to the fun casino, you would divide 120 by two and then by 15. The result is that the number of tables you would likely need is four.

This is only as a rough guide - if you were just having a fun casino you may like to have more tables. In any event, we are happy to offer expert advice on which games to have and how many to ensure your evening is a success.

Towards the end of the event we call the last 3 spins/hands on the tables, at this point everybody tends to go 'all in' which adds to the excitement! We ask players to hand all their chips in and we calculate who has the most for you.  If you have more than one prize we will give you a list of winners.

You don't have to have a prize.  We recommend that you have one as guests have a target to aim for and it creates friendly competition and rounds off the casino event nicely.  Anything from a bottle of champagne to a weekend away.  If its for a good cause local businesses are usually happy to donate a prize.

Sell tickets for the event i.e. £10 per guest with a buffet  (more if its a sit down dinner) and some free casino chips, after that guests buy the fun money and compete for prizes donated by local businesses.  (See our fundraising page)
